LinkedIn Marketing for JLL Australia
Challenge: JLL Australia (known for being a leader in the commercial real estate service) wanted to provide a new private real estate service in the market. This required awareness, not just for JLL as a brand, but also awareness for the service itself; essentially creating demand.
Approach: With an awareness objective in mind and understanding their audience profile, I planned and executed paid LinkedIn campaigns, leveraging precise audience targeting. Constant monitoring of campaign performance found that certain creatives (e.g. should we include a person, is the person a male or female, should we have buildings in the background) performed better than others, and optimisations were made to capitalise on these.
Results: The campaign achieved more than half a million impressions with meaningful target personas and had a high CTR of 0.4%. -
SEO Optimisation for Pedigree Thailand
Challenge: Pedigree Thailand needed to increase its organic visibility against strong and upcoming competitors in the pet care market.
Approach: I conducted background research on their competitive performance and extensive keyword research in their local Thai language to identify gaps and opportunities. A technical SEO audit uncovered on-site optimisation issues, which I collaborated with developers to address. I also developed a content strategy focused on pet care education, product benefits, and user search intent, ensuring alignment with Pedigree’s brand positioning.
Results: Organic rankings for targeted keywords improved significantly, with secondary priority terms moving from not indexed to the first page of Google Thailand. This increased Pedigree’s share of voice and drove higher qualified traffic. -
Social Media Management for Marina One Singapore
Challenge: Marina One needed to build an engaging and cohesive social media presence on Meta platforms to highlight its unique positioning as a premier lifestyle destination.
Approach: I developed and executed a content calendar for Facebook and Instagram, focusing on lifestyle storytelling to appeal to the wider community. I also assisted with giveaways and events to drive foot traffic to Marina One. Constant monitoring of public sentiments either on forums, comments, or in private DMs was required to ensure positive community engagement.
Results: Marina One’s social channels achieved stronger engagement rates, with an uplift in follower growth and content interactions. The campaigns effectively showcased Marina One as a vibrant hub, reinforcing both lifestyle appeal and business credibility.
